I thought Saints Row 2 had every option imaginable, but that's just because I never imagined the 'Nose Roll' slider.

Seems that the powerful character creator was part of the Saints Row series from the start, though the choices they've given me are kind of weird. Here's one difference between this and GTA right from the start: it's up to me to create the protagonist.
